For some reason the iPhone handsfree icon often gets activated by my ear and nearly blows my head off with the volume when I put it to my ear. It’s a really badly designed feature and really annoying.
The button for the handsfree option, shown in the picture below is accidentally activated when my ear touches the screen and it’s not pleasant. This happens on my iPhone X regularly.
